Unopened & Sealed: The product must be unopened, unused, unsampled, and in its original, sealed packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or has a broken safety seal cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Sets and Bundles: If you purchased a product bundle or skincare kit, the entire set must be returned together. We do not accept partial returns on kits.
